Terms of Use

The Service

The Service lets you turn a 3D model into an interlocking 3D puzzle: choose a model from our library or upload your own, cut it into pieces, preview it and buy print-ready files or, where available, order a ready-made printed puzzle. Creating and previewing puzzles is free.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and at least 13 years old elsewhere. Purchases must be made by an adult or with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Print files and license

• After payment you receive an archive with the files of your puzzle (STL, OBJ, 3MF, GLB) and a PDF assembly guide. The license is included in the archive (LICENSE.txt).
• You MAY print the puzzle for yourself, give printed puzzles as gifts and reprint pieces to replace lost or broken ones.
• You MAY NOT sell printed puzzles, or publish, sell or pass the files to third parties, including on 3D model marketplaces.
• The rights to the puzzle design generated by the Service belong to JbPuzzle. The rights to the original model remain with their owner.

Models you upload

• You confirm that you hold the rights to the uploaded model or that making copies of it is permitted.
• You are responsible for making and using models that are someone else's intellectual property (characters, logos, trademarks).
• We may refuse to produce or cancel an order with a refund if a rights holder makes a justified claim.
• If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with details of the work and the infringing material.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment and are calculated by our server from the complexity of your puzzle. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your bank may apply currency conversion or fees. Taxes, if applicable, are shown before payment.

Delivery of files

The archive is prepared automatically right after payment, usually within a few minutes. The download link is shown on the payment confirmation screen and sent to your email. Links are valid for a limited time (shown with the link); you can get a new one from "My purchases" while your order data is stored.

No refunds for print files

• Print files are digital content delivered immediately after payment. All sales of print files are final and non-refundable.
• By paying you expressly request immediate delivery of the files and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (for consumers in the EEA and the UK).
• Exceptions: we will refund you if we cannot deliver a working archive for your order and do not fix the problem within a reasonable time, or if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment).
• Please review your puzzle in assembled and exploded view before buying: the Service checks pieces automatically, but you are responsible for checking the configuration of the pieces.

Ready-made puzzles

• Where available, ready-made puzzles are made to order by a manufacturer and shipped to the address you provide. The price and estimated delivery time are shown before payment.
• You may cancel an order for a full refund until the manufacturer starts making it.
• Because each puzzle is made to your specification, it cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has started.
• If the puzzle arrives damaged, defective or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date; we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: do not try to access it in ways other than the interface we provide, overload it, bypass payment, upload unlawful content or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

Disclaimer

The Service and the files are provided "as is". Printing results depend on your printer, material and settings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Pragma Plus LLC is organized and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest version.
